Those who take to the water this year will catch a glimpse of Salzburg from an exciting new perspective. The only panorama boat of its kind in the world, the "Amadeus Salzburg“, will afford passengers an extraordinary view of the city and its scenic environs. The cruise starts at the Makart Bridge in Salzburg's historic city center and continues on a leisurely 8-kilometer cruise along Salzburg's magnificent cityscape towards Hellbrunn with a view of the stunning mountain ranges in the Salzburg Province and back (Tour I) or proceeds a few minutes longer to the Hellbrunn landing, where a 4-minute shuttle service takes visitors to the enchanting baroque palace in Hellbrunn with its world-famous trick fountains and the charming gazebo from the "Sound of Music" film (Tour II).
