The museum offers a generously arranged, visually uniform room layout on four floors. It is ideally suited to display art from the 20th and 21st centuries having different prerequisites.
The "Mönchsberg 32“ restaurant with its large panoramic terrace is located on the third floor.

Rupertinum Museum of Modern Art
The Rupertinum was turned over to the public as a museum of modern art in February 1983. It is housed in one of the Old City's early baroque buildings, purchased from the archdiocese for this purpose; the former dormitory was restored by the Salzburg State Government.
