Having undergone elaborate restoration, the unique panoramic painting, completed by Johann Michael Sattler in 1829, is displayed to the public once again. Measuring 26 meters long and 5 meters wide, the painting depicts the city of Salzburg and its environs and will be displayed together with Hubert Sattler's cosmoramas. The entrance to the museum is on Residenz Square next to the 5010 post office.
