The ideal strategy for the EURO 2008? Place your bet on a single card!
The all-inclusive chip card offers visitors free admission to 161 attractions throughout the province of Salzburg for six days during the European Football Championship, admission to 29 attractions in the city of Salzburg for 24 hours and the unlimited use of public transport throughout the city and province of Salzburg (incl. ÖBB trains, postal service buses, trolley buses, rapid transit system, etc.).
It also provides admission to 35 mountain railroads, 47 lakes and outdoor pools, 8 castles and palaces, 42 museums and exhibitions.
The sports retailer, Intersport Eybl, will give customers a 10% discount on all UEFA EURO 2008 fan items.
The FanCard is available at over 100 selling points: at hotels and travel agencies, tourist information offices and associations, at all major train stations, at the transit association, at the Intersport shops in Salzburg and on the Internet www.salzburg08.com/ and salzburg.info.
Price: EUR 69 for adults, EUR 49.50 for children up to the age of 15.
